Case Study · Real Estate
An automated content and follow-up system for a real estate team.
Content that publishes itself, and engagement that turns into a real lead before the interest cools off.
At a glance
- ✓Short-form content created and published automatically, no manual posting required
- ✓Engagement monitored continuously across channels
- ✓Qualified engagement automatically converted into follow-up leads
- ✓No content calendar or manual outreach required to keep it running
The Challenge
This local real estate team knew content was how buyers and sellers were finding agents these days, but consistently creating it was another job on top of an already full one. Between showings, client calls, and closings, short-form video and posts kept getting pushed to "whenever there's time," which in practice meant long gaps between posts and inconsistent visibility in a market where staying top of mind matters.
Even when content did go out, there was no real system for following up on the people who engaged with it. A comment or a DM asking about a listing or a neighborhood was real buyer or seller intent, but without a process to catch and act on it quickly, that interest often went unanswered until it had already cooled off.
What We Built
We built an automated system that handles both sides of the problem, creating and publishing short-form content consistently, and turning real engagement on that content into actual follow-up leads, without the team having to run either process by hand.
On the content side, the system generates short-form posts built around the kind of topics that actually drive engagement for a local team, market updates, listing highlights, neighborhood spotlights, and buyer or seller tips, and publishes them automatically on a consistent schedule.
On the lead side, the system continuously monitors engagement on that content. When someone comments or messages with something that signals real interest, asking about a specific listing, a neighborhood, or timing to sell, the system automatically flags it as a lead and kicks off a follow-up sequence, rather than that interest sitting in a comment thread until someone happens to notice it.
How It Works
Content goes out on a set schedule without anyone on the team writing or scheduling it manually. As engagement comes in, comments, DMs, saves, shares, the system reads that activity and distinguishes casual engagement from real buying or selling intent. When it identifies a genuine lead, it automatically triggers a follow-up, whether that's an automated first response or a notification to the team to reach out personally, so the lead gets contacted while the interest is still fresh instead of days later.
Because content and follow-up are both running continuously in the background, the team's visibility and their responsiveness to real interest no longer depend on finding time in an already busy week.

The Results
The team now has a steady, consistent stream of content going out without anyone manually creating or posting it, and a real process for catching and following up on genuine buyer and seller interest instead of letting it sit unanswered in a comment section. Visibility stopped depending on whether someone had a free hour that week, and follow-up stopped depending on someone happening to notice a comment in time.
The Takeaway
The team didn't need to post more or work harder at outreach, they needed content and follow-up to happen consistently without competing for their time against actual client work. By automating both the content itself and the moment engagement turns into a real lead, the system kept the team visible and responsive without adding anything to their plate.
