>What are the working hours of my VA?
Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (U.S. Mountain Standard Time) on Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
>How do we communicate and collaborate?
We use various communication tools like email, telephone, text, Skype, Zoom, Slack messenger, screen-sharing, and various project management tools to collaborate with our clients. We strive to accommodate your preferred style of communication when delegating tasks.
>How can I ensure that my VA receives proper training to handle the specific tasks I require?
Our training approach follows a proven four-step principle, ensuring a streamlined and effective process. This well-established system enables us to fulfill each client's specific requirements efficiently and properly. The four-steps we follow are:​

>How quickly will my projects or tasks be completed?
We are dedicated to meeting deadlines. The turnaround time depends on the complexity and urgency of each project or task. On average, most tasks are completed within 24 hours, mid-high level tasks could take up to 48 hours. If your project is time-sensitive, we will agree on a deadline before starting the work.
>How do you track the work completed?
Clients can request a detailed hour-by-hour record of all the work performed by their VA. This record can be requested at any time during the monthly plan or after its completion.
>Does The Biz Keeper provide in-bound reception services?
While we don't offer answering services directly, we can assist in finding the right fit for that role and establishing an efficient workflow process.
>Do my unused hours roll over?
To prevent any misunderstandings or complications regarding the contracted monthly hours, and to ensure your VA remains consistently available and fully dedicated, we do not provide a roll-over option for any unused hours.
